When entering payment details we ask you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you are entering in the correct billing address that’s associated with your bank card. If you fail to enter correct matching billing and shipping address your card won’t process the payment as it will decline. Once order has been made after 1 hour payment will be processed.

Processing happens Monday-Friday(If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

READY TO SHIP WIGS: Once payment has been accepted, Processing take 1 business day for your order to be shipped out.

CUSTOM MADE WIGS: Once payment has been accepted,Processing takes 10-15 business days for your order to be shipped out.

BUNDLES|LACE CLOSURES|LACE FRONTAL: Once payment has been accepted,Processing takes 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped out.

WIG SERVICES: Once Payment Has Been Accepted, You Will Receive A Text With The Address Of Where You Will Drop The Hair Off. Once The Hair Is Received Processing take 1-15 Days.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING
All orders are shipped next working day after order Processing time. Once order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Expect delivery within 1-2 working days once order has been dispatched. A signature will be required for delivery to be made. As it will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service. If missed order will be re delivered next working day. All UK orders are Free Delivery.                                

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are shipped next working day after order Processing time. Once order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Expect delivery within 21 working days once order has been dispatched. A signature will be required for delivery to be made. As it will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service. If missed order will be re delivered next working day. The shipping will cost £39.99
