RETURNS

At ShanieceDaCostaHair we have a 7 day returns policy from order is marked delivered. In the case you have received your order and 100% not happy with it & would like to return it. You will have to contact us via email ShanieceDaCostaHair@Hotmail.com with a brief description of why you would like to return the order, State of the order, Full name/Contact number & Order number. ShanieceDaCostaHair takes return claims serious, we have a response time of 1-2 Days. During this time we will investigate your claim & if you claim is successful we will provide you with a return address for the order to be sent back.Human Hair is considered a hygiene product. Therefore, All orders must be shipped back in its original packaging and the packing must not be defected in any way. Additionally,Wigs|Bundles|Lace must not be unwrapped,worn, lace must not be cut, hair must not be altered in anyway. If you do not meet one/any of the criteria listed we will automatically cancel returns claim. Due to our care & consideration we take in all Wigs we have a low return rate.

EXCHANGES

At ShanieceDaCostaHair we have a 7 day exchanges policy from order is marked delivered. This only happens when a product was given faulty or broken.You will have to contact us via email ShanieceDaCostaHair@Hotmail.com with a brief description of why you would like to exchange the order, State of the order, Full name/Contact number & Order number. ShanieceDaCostaHair takes exchanges claims serious, we have a response time of 1-2 Days. During this time we will investigate your claim & if you claim is successful we will provide you with a return address for the order to be sent back.Human Hair is considered a hygiene product. REFUNDS

A Full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs.
